About Andrew Steele
Philosophy of care
I strive to develop trusting relationships with my patients through sincere, honest conversations. I listen closely to understand their specific situations and tailor a treatment plan to their goals. I am forthright about potential surgical outcomes and enjoy learning about patients’ lives and individual stories. Why I entered medicine
With my passion for anatomy, I decided to enter the profession to work to restore patients both physically and mentally with reconstructive surgery. Through cosmetic procedures, I’ve found satisfaction in helping patients feel better about themselves and increasing their self-confidence.Community involvement
I have always valued teaching students interested in the health professions. I have worked with high school and college students by introducing them to anatomy through hands-on labs. I’ve also mentored several college students working to enter the medical field.Personal interests
Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time exploring the area with my family, hiking and following my favorite sports teams.Education
